Project payments.
Digital services may be billed through agreed project advances, milestones, setup fees, recurring support or other commercial terms defined for the individual engagement.
Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, SSL certificates, premium software, APIs, advertising credits or licenses may be billed separately where applicable.
Subscription billing.
FollowUpPro is a Digitalex Solutions product. Subscription plans, applicable limits, billing cycles and payment amounts are displayed during the relevant subscription flow.
Subscription and payment records are managed as part of the FollowUpPro SaaS platform. Customers should review the applicable plan and billing information before completing payment.
Payment terms matter.
Digitalex Solutions publishes a separate refund policy covering project initiation, advance payments, resource allocation, third-party costs and cancellations.
For a specific engagement, the signed proposal, quotation, invoice or commercial agreement applicable to that engagement should be reviewed together with the published refund policy.
