01
Getting Started

Get your workspace ready

The essentials for understanding your FollowUpPro account and getting your team started.

Create your FollowUpPro organization through the signup flow, choose an available plan and sign in to your workspace.

The dashboard gives you an operational overview of CRM and work activity. Detailed records continue to live inside their relevant modules.

FollowUpPro connects Lead → Follow-up → Customer → Project → Task → Subtask → Checklist. Your actual process can vary because configuration is flexible.

02
CRM

Manage customers from first contact to ongoing work

Keep leads, pipelines, follow-ups, customers and appointments connected.

Leads represent potential customers or business opportunities. They can be associated with a source, pipeline, stage, assigned staff member, follow-ups and activities.

Lead sources identify where leads originate. Organizations can configure sources around channels such as website enquiries, referrals, advertising, social media or direct enquiries.

Pipelines represent the process through which leads move. Each pipeline can contain stages that match the organization’s sales process.

A follow-up is a lead, customer or project-related communication or next action. A task represents work to complete, while an appointment represents a scheduled event.

Customers represent business relationships that have moved beyond the lead stage or have been entered directly. Customer records can connect with follow-ups, projects, tasks, appointments and activities.

Appointments represent scheduled calendar events and should be used for time-specific meetings or events.

03
Work Management

Turn customer work into structured delivery

Organize delivery through projects, tasks, subtasks, checklists and reusable templates.

Projects provide a higher-level structure for work. Tasks represent work that needs completion and can sit inside a project.

Subtasks divide a larger task into smaller pieces of work so teams can track execution in more detail.

Checklists provide completion steps inside a task and are useful for repeatable verification or execution processes.

Task templates standardize recurring work. Their availability and limits depend on the organization subscription plan.

04
Team & Automation

Coordinate people and automate repeatable work

Give people the right access and reduce repetitive operational steps.

Organizations can manage staff and control access through roles and permissions. Access depends on the configured permission model.

Workflow automation follows a Trigger → Conditions → Actions model. The available options depend on the implemented workflow configuration.

Notifications surface relevant application activity that requires user attention and complement tasks, follow-ups, appointments and workflows.

05
Configuration & Reports

Adapt FollowUpPro to your process

Configure the information your organization needs and turn activity into useful reports.

Custom fields capture organization-specific information beyond standard record fields. Availability depends on the subscription plan.

Status configuration allows supported business records to use terminology appropriate to the organization’s process.

FollowUpPro reporting covers major CRM and work-management areas. Where supported, reports can be exported as CSV or PDF.

06
Billing & Mobile

Manage your subscription and stay connected

Understand plans, billing and the FollowUpPro mobile experience.

Subscription plans determine available features and usage limits. Current public plans are Free, Starter, Growth, Professional, Business and Enterprise.

Subscriptions, billing and payments are processed by Digitalex Solutions. The organization subscription determines its plan and feature entitlements.

The FollowUpPro mobile application is built with Flutter and communicates with the same backend through HTTPS APIs. It uses the organization data available to the signed-in user.
