CRM

Leads, sources and pipelines

The CRM area is the starting point for managing prospects and opportunities. Leads can be organized through configurable sources, pipelines and pipeline stages.

Leads

Create and manage prospective customers, track their information and move them through your sales process.

Lead Sources

Classify where opportunities originate so your organization can keep acquisition data organized.

Pipelines

Define different business processes instead of forcing every opportunity into one workflow.

Pipeline Stages

Represent the steps an opportunity moves through and organize the sales pipeline visually.

Custom Fields

Store organization-specific information that is not covered by standard fields.

Activities

Keep important entity-related activity available alongside the record it belongs to.

Typical lead process

Capture→Qualify→Pipeline→Follow-up→Customer
04
FOLLOW-UPS

Keep every conversation moving

Follow-ups are designed for customer, lead or project related communication and actions. They are different from tasks: a follow-up represents the relationship or communication action, while a task represents work that needs completion.

Schedule

Plan the next action instead of relying on memory.

Track

Keep follow-up status and related information organized.

Complete

Record the outcome when the follow-up is finished.

05
CUSTOMERS

Manage the relationship after conversion

Customers provide the relationship layer after a lead becomes an active customer. Customer-related work can continue through follow-ups, appointments, projects and tasks.

Connected customer record Use the customer as the relationship context while operational work is organized through projects, tasks and appointments.
06
WORK MANAGEMENT

Projects, tasks, subtasks and checklists

FollowUpPro connects customer management with execution. Projects group work together, tasks represent work to be completed, subtasks break larger tasks down and checklists provide smaller completion points.

PROJECTCollection of related work
TASKWork that needs completion
SUBTASKSmaller work item within a task
CHECKLISTIndividual completion item

Task templates

Task templates can be used to standardize repeatable work. Templates are especially useful when the same operational sequence is performed for multiple customers or projects.

07
APPOINTMENTS

Schedule meetings and calendar events

Appointments represent scheduled calendar events. They are separate from follow-ups and tasks so a meeting can remain a calendar event while the related communication and work are tracked through their appropriate modules.

Schedule

Create a time-based business event.

Organize

Keep meetings associated with the relevant work context.

Follow through

Create or manage related follow-ups and tasks when additional action is required.

08
TEAM & ACCESS

Give every team member the right access

FollowUpPro includes staff, roles and permissions so organizations can structure access around different responsibilities.

Staff management

Add and manage the people who work inside the organization.

Roles

Group access responsibilities into reusable role definitions.

Permissions

Control which areas and actions are available to different users.

Organization isolation

Business data is designed around organization-level separation in the SaaS architecture.

09
AUTOMATION

Turn repeatable rules into workflows

Workflow automation helps reduce repetitive manual actions by allowing organizations to configure business rules around supported events and actions.

TRIGGERA supported business event occurs
→
CONDITIONRules determine whether it should continue
→
ACTIONThe configured workflow action runs

Automation availability and limits depend on the organization's plan and configured workspace features.
